Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned products must be in their original condition – unused, unplanted, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the return package to our address (provided in our email response). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our gardening enthusiasts, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds, and Herb Seeds (due to inability to verify viability after leaving our facility)
  • Flowering Bulb Gardens (perishable nature once shipped)
  • Insect Controls (regulated products for safety reasons)
  • Animal Controls (specialized products with regulatory restrictions)
  • Any product that has been used, planted, or removed from its original packaging

Please carefully select these items before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
